Shipping Policies

Shipping policies of Shine Kids Crafts are as below. Please read carefully before you place any order. Thanks

Payment: All payment must be received within 7 days.

Import Duty: Responsible by customers if required. We are not responsible for any delay due to custom.

 

Shipping: 

  • Will mail the item(s) by air within 3 working days on receipt of payment. (Custom orders may need longer time, please confirm mailing date with seller before making purchase.)
  • Will take 7 – 14 days to deliver the items to worldwide.
  • Peak seasons / Custom Department checking may require one or two more week(s). We are not responsible for any delay due to custom.

 

Refund Policy:

Only items damaged during shipment can be arranged for refund. Please contact us within 30 days (or 45 days in peak seasons) from shipping date to arrange refund. Fully refund will only be arranged after customers show us the image of the damaged item.

  • There will be shipping discount on bulk purchasing. For details, please contact seller directly.
  • Registered mail or SpeedPost is available. But additional cost is required. Please contact seller for details.
  • Please note that the colors of the items may be a little different from the reality due to computer resolution.
